::Current
description:: Bright golden feathers dot this avians
white and blue plummage playfully. Her dark blonde hair is pulled
back into a smooth ponytail. Her floppy, feathered headdress
rests on her shoulders and her bright blue eyes relfect innocent
mirth with a small smile that curves her feminine beak. She
wears light blue robes and around her neck is a golden chain
with a heart pendant that seems well taken care of. ::Cont'd::
Mavriel's stance is regal as if she had been brought up as
a princess. The silken robes draping her fragile figure also
gave this impression. They seem to have many layers which
hid her true figure from a prying furre's eyes. The first
layer hugs to her plummage and the neck extended to her collar
bone. This layer is a lighter blue and thinnest. Over that
is a long, darker blue tunic. The neckline is low but the
first layer hides suggestion. The tunic is embroidered with
soft yellow and orange designs depicting images that look
to be like flowers. The waist of the tunic is choked with
a long sash that extends almost to the groud. The sash is
similarly embroidered except the designs are much more frequent
and fancy. The tunic extends the length of the sash. The third
layer is a duster that is also the same length as the tunic.
It is the same color blue and is slightly transparent.

Age: Unknown
Home: Castle Ardor
Exact Height: 6'4"
Mate: None
History: Was born to unknown parents in
the Ardor wilderness several hundred years ago. She was saved
by a traveling company of royal knights since the feral wolves
of the forest are known to find Phoenix eggs a raw treat.
She grew up in Castle Ardor never to know another of her species.
She was taught how to act, how to dress, and the skills of
a seamstress. Fighting and the use of magic was kept the knights
and warlocks of Ardor; she was never interested in them anyway.
Upon her first death no one knew if she'd remember all they
had taught her. The castle attendants were saddened until
a sparkle of recognition shown in her blue eyes of her "mother";
an aging female lion who was in the party of knights of which
found Mavriel's egg. As the "second" Mavriel grew
things came back to her and she learned things the first time
of which she was taught in her previous "life."
She cycled like this and saw many deaths of those she loved
and took care of the castle offspring as a family. Each of
her lives became slightly longer as the magic of her species
grew within her.
Soon, Ardor and its surrounding area was attacked by the
pirate menace growing underneath its streets. The pirates
claimed the city and it began decaying. However, underneath
the streets the pirates lived and kept up their life as a
home. The castle was surprisingly forgotten; already pillaged
of its goods and Mavriel lived... with the ghosts of those
who were lost and the pirates underneath her feet.
Immunity: Fire
Skills: Unable to fight with any weapon
or use any spells because of the way she was brought up. (See
Mavriel's "Immortality" for more.)
Mavriel's "immortality": She will
not die of old age. She will not die if set ablaze. Both of
these things will just cause her to be "reborn."
However, physical wounds will harm her and can even kill her.
She has not learned to use her flames to be able to
heal as of yet.
